It was actually a very average movie. I'm not sure what people found amazing about this story - I felt that Bharath overacted at areas, and Tammanah was way too bubbly for my liking, story was just really basic. People said it was a beautiful movie, I found nothing interesting about it and fail to understand why it was so successful. However, many tell me that JWM was awesome, so I'll check that out to look for differences.
Ok i just have to say the tamil jab we met songs SUCKED...the Bolllywood version had AMAZING SONGS and as for the acting Tamanna pissed me off and Bharath is amazing as usual
U must admit...Surya was more subtle than Aamir in Ghajini....Vijay fitted the role in Pokkiri to the T than Salman.....We tamilians are always making our presence felt all over the world...Its only certain ppl like some of u here who value pebbles more than diamonds in the hand...Bollywood industry survives from nothing but glamour......U cant find the talent of our tamil industry anywhere in the world.....Its only that we dont realise the value of our industry much.....
Sorry Let's face it Indian movies are GROSS .You can't even compare any of our actors to great actors like Morgan Freeman, Brad Pitt etc. It is expressions that count not foul mouthed and blatant lyrics...

I admit however that as far as song sequence picturization goes, the Indians are unbeatable.

The story is very cute. So there's a chance that the movie will do well. But the performances of Bharath and Tamannah cannot come any closer to that of Shahid and Kareena. They just simply rocked in JWM...and that is why JWM will always remain special no matter how many times it is remade.
