@shogstar83 I don't have a build plan. I started with the Lego set and modified it bit by bit until everything would fit. Both front and rear structures were completely redone, even though the outer skin looks the same as the original set. I just added a link to some pictures to the description as Youtube will not allow links in comments...

It's hard to make Lego drive fast, the parts just aren't strong enough to make much of a gear ratio increase. I'm just impressed that it drives. Nice job.

@kovacs88 It is driven by a Power Function XL motor. This motor has a lot of torque and can drive sizable models at reasonable speeds. I'm currently working on the Unimog...

It is a standard Lego Technic open differential. It works fine as long as both rear wheels are on the ground. In this model the weight distribution is such that on uneven ground, the front wheels lift off...
