I do not play in open tunings (eg open G, open D) the reason is, when I began to play slide using those tunings I found myself playing the same "blues licks" as everyone else. Standard tuning (E-A-D-G-B-E) afforded me the opportunity to develop my own style, because I knew where all the notes and chord patterns were.
is there a way to purchase a full comprehensive instructional dvd from you please?
