Ok guys READ THIS IF YOU WANNA FIX IT

So simple, go into your date and time settings and set it to the correct date, don't know why, but it works. Mine was set in the 70's, hope it helps =}.

Well I just deleted both of the file lockdown.old and lockdown_old. Restarted the Itouch, and then it said to first open Itunes. I did that then went on Youtube and it worked. :)

ok so i got bored and was playing around with some stuff and got it working. This is what i did. Login and go to library. rename lockdown to lockdown.old. Then delete lockdown.old and turn ipod off. then connected to pc and turned on. waited till it had booted up and then clicked on youtube which came up with and error about having to connect to itunes library or somthing, like you said (i think you said anyway) so i tried again and it worked. Thanks for your help :P
