Every time I do this meditation my cat just loves it. It's the oddest thing, I've only done this one a couple times, but I recall that the cat did the same thing B4 too. She purrs & snuggles the whole time. & she's not even the friendliest animal normally. I think she just loves the sound of Wayne Dyers voice.

I love ah meditation. I learned this over a year ago and do it everyday now. I have so much more effect with someone to ah with.
