Uau it is Scary! I truly hope for the Rain to come soon! it is difficult times in many places around the world, I am Brazilian but living in EU for more than 20 years and things here aren't that good either. Lets keep the Spirit High and start thinking about plan 'B', 'C' and so on...All the Best for You man!

Too bad we don't use trains to hall water from places that have too much to those that have too little, it would at least help the situation. Some water is better than no water, heck we could even pipe water around. Is FEMA awake?

@brokkenstar Or build a giant water pipe from the coasts to where it is needed. Desalination Plants could produce rather cheap water based on what I read on the web / see on TV. That and also nothing like a good project to create jobs in a recession. If I had the power, I'd send Texas the spring rains we had here in eastern canada... So much of it we had flooding in multiple towns.
