  • hi ur hot:) PROUD TO PINOY! lol me last trip to Phil. Dec. 2007:)

  • LMFAOOO !!!!! its so cute how you mixed the dessert part with the miryenda and also " how you get the message while taking off the tsinilas and with the lips "

  • I think I 've heard someone called champorado (or samporado as my siblings and i calls it), chocolate porridge, I just can't remember where and when, hmm...

and I don't know what the deal is with boys getting beat up just for wearing tsinelas, first time I've heard of it, cheers!

  • it's champorado pal...... pronounced similar to the ch in church

and seriously.. slippers??? those are for girls, boys in the phil get beaten either with a stick or a belt

  • @blork98 :'( right where it hurts.

  • that really was a great video.

and your parents are from pamapanga?!!

me too! i was born and raised here

but i am fluent in english and kapampangan.

and i know how to speak and understand tagalog also.

im sorry if i shared my whole life story with you

i just get so excited and comfortable when it comes to filipinos...

    especially kapampangans...hehe

  • Hi! I just found your Vlog and I gotta love your parents for keeping the Pinoy in you by making palo your pwet with the trusty Pinoy tsinelas... ;-)

  • @icvitanzos yeah, i gotta love them too

  • omggg slipers hehehehhe sooo true!

  • @TheReddWalls those slippers have been invading filipino homes since i could remember

  • that is sooo cool hahah!!!

  • dude i actually thought u were wearing a polo

  • i'll teach you some new filipino expression.

Ang putik- (the mud) but use when a person is piss. instead of cursing they use this. - or added after a statement to emphasize the humor of the situation. ex: pa-cute pa ang putik...

weh?- use when in disbelief. ex. i'm the prettiest pinay... resp: weh?

  • tsinelas and kare-kare..nice going dude.. were proud of people like you embracing your culture.. may i suggest that you read bob ong's book.. i think the first five atleast..you will learn also a lot from there.. i dont know if im using the right grammar..hehehe

  • why is it that the majority of filipino women who immigrate to vancouver bc are so ugly, short, and out of shape? i've seen 85 year old drag queens who are more beautiful.

  • haha that's cool I'm also kapampangan

I was born in pampanga but I live in l.a...

all your videos are nice man

  • Well for me..I got SLAPPED with my tatay's tsinelas (the ever popular Spartan brand; and dude its one of the hard-hitting tsinelas around. Better than haviannas. LOL). The reason? I talked back (reasoned out). I was so stunned I didn't notice how much it hurt until five minutes later.

  • I LOVE Champoradoh :D

  • Wow I couldnt stop laughing when you were talking about what you call the Tsinilas. Im puerto rican and we call them Chanqletas. What was so amusing was the 2nd purpose of them. My mom also utilized them the same way. Very funny. By the way Im planning a trip to the Philippines soon. Any suggestions? Tips?

  • i am watching as far as ILIGAN CITY, MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES

  • "palo'd many many pwet" hahaha! u sound just like my little cousin and you looked like a little boy when you re-enacted it... benta! :)

    HAHAHA

  • Palo'd so many pwet. LOL

I have only watched 2 of your videos and I think you're really hilarious (& hot).

    Let's pretend I didn't say that.

And yea, it gets me laughing when I hear Filipinos who were born in another country speak Tagalog or foreigners who try to. Laughing not in an insulting way, but you know like I-find-it-cute laugh.

  • hahaha! your funny and I think its very nice of you to try to learn how to speak Tagalog!~

  • "This has palo'd many many pwet." LOL i got either that or the wooden spoon.

go ube ice cream!!! where i live it's a rarity. you might want to try it with "buko" (shredded baby coconut), it tastes just as good.

  • btw .. i'm also kapampangan.. haha

  • hay bakit pumayat ka na?

  • lol u r so funny!!i have this thing now for Philippins and i found U hehe, i think u r hillarious and really smart. Thnx 4 the info, it was really educational. P.S i could not comment on ur video: "Are Filipinos really asian?" because comments r off, but i think u do have a great sense of humor and u dealed with people's stupidity very well ! i've gotten used 2 that stuff, people like us that r from countries with mix, sorry, culturally rich background, are often confronted with prejudice.

  • i thank you for your compliments; regarding the second have of your comment, i could not agree with you more, my friend :)

  • @xemiramis hey, the comments simply require my approval. i always make sure that nothing too hateful is posted. otherwise, haters of my work and i are welcome. thanks, i try to keep the humor up

  • galing naman

  • palo pwet ^^

  • hmmm.... akala ko sasabihin mo "adobo"...

at yung tsinelas =P natawa ako.

  • Tol, its not champarado ang tawag dyan champurado

  • i haven't been tagged and it would really take so many long hours for me to decide on doing that coz i am not a camera person... i'm more into still photos! haha!!! anyways, i enjoyed this v-log of yours... it's nice and interesting to see videos of pinoys who grew up in u.s. and really wanted to tell everyone that "hey, i am filipino! and really proud of my race!" kakatuwa! ehehe! and you seem pretty well-versed! ma-tagalog man or english!!! keep it up dude!!!

  • i think it's really cool your so proud of being filipino and also b/c you have pretty educated and unbiased opinions.

i know there are other filipinos that have ride for their ethnicity too but the ones i hang out with dont really. they're most obsessed with being 'asian' then being filipino. so i got esposed to controversies i had no idea about before which confused the heck out of me but you answered a lot of them.

i think i'll show them some of you vids sometime.

  • ohh yeah and the naks and the naks nman part was super duper funnyy..ahahahaha..and u did the facial expression too..thats what it made it funnier(not a word yeah?)i guess u can say...and omg the bad words...hahahahahaha oohhh goshh i can't stop watching this..you crack me up..hahaha..
