@nephildevil Olive oil is 100% fat, and it's not a whole food. I'm shooting for 100% natural, whole, fresh, ripe, raw foods. Olives can't be eaten raw -- they have to be cured in salt. So, when you cure/cook them, then remove the fiber, you're left with liquid fat.
