In order for Christian men to have compassion for non-virgins and single mothers, they should provide food, clothing, protection, and shelter without having her live with him or have sex. True compassion is giving and not expecting somehting in return. It follows Matthew 5:32 and prevents adultery. It would be great to prevent this altogether by allowing men to marry more than one woman if she was a virgin or widow. Most unmarried rape victims would usually be included in that as well.

Thanks for posting these videos on polygyny. Plural marriage is truly a complex subject that I'm sure many Christians like myself struggle to understand.

However, it is clear from the Bible that polygamy was not a sin when condoned by God and done in the correct manner.

Well said. It is good to see another Christian talking what biblical marriage is.

In the beginning of the video, I think you could have made a better distinction between adultery and fornication. You described bigamy and "swinging" as adultery. I believe that these are acts fornication, not adultery. Adultery, according to biblical law, is when a man has intercourse with another man's wife.

Very true. Anyone that enters either monogamy or polygyny should only do so with the purest of reasons.

One should enter into ANY marriage with the purest of reasons. We tend to play into this presumption that by default, the man desiring this is some sort of beast,when in fact, he is MORE HONORABLE than Geraldo, Trump, Clinton, Spitzer, DAMN WELL more than McGreevey and Hugh Hefner.
