  • Zapraszam, tanie i szybkie pożyczki :)

  • The point of plastic is u can bale it up quicker and it is alot better hay then if u put it in the barn. The long stems of baling it up rather then putting It threw a harvester u don't have problems with twisted stomach

  • The solution is for us to pay more for our food, so that farmers can make a healthy profit without having to resort to shortcuts that are harmful for the larger environment. Many people aren't aware of the direct correlation between our throw-away plastic lifestyle, and the sort of climate-shift that is causing the Prairies to dry up. We only care about convenience and cost. I hope our grandkids will forgive our shortsightedness.

  • @bluenoserr If we live long enough to have grandkids. And you make a good point.

  • Bale wrap, or Hay Turds as I call them, is emblematic of everything that is wrong with modern farming practices and lifestyle in general. In Ontario alone, over 6-million pounds of the stuff is used every year, and virtually none of it is recycled. The manufacturers do absolutely nothing to encourage recycling of their product. Sure it's much cheaper than building a new hay barn, and I'm sure the hay stores well, but DDT was a lovely little shortcut too, and look where that got us.

  • Kuis agro pelaa? Onko automaatti vai tuuaanko venttiilipöytä koppiin?

Ja onko muista saman tyylisistä käärimistä kokemusta?

  • Hyvin pellaa. Automaatti on, liekkö näistä manuaalista koskaan tehtykkään. Tällä on nyt kääritty noin 10v, eikä ole muita käärimiä tarvinnu vilkuilla :)

  • @Kaupoj Rääkkä lähtis vittuun mun käytös ainakin =D

  • What?

  • do you wrap bales of hay to perserve them or protect them against weather or what?

  • Plastic purpose is cover hay bacteries and other micro organics.Hay inside plastic is like vacumed so hay doesn't start rotten.

  • And it doesn't get bad. then it cannot be eated.

  • My comments are in the wrong order, you need to read the 3rd comment first. Makemyday - are you talking about a Keltrans or the original Kneverland version?

  • I don't know if your hydraulic pump will be big enough though, that tractor had a McConnell hedge cutter pump directly driven off the engine front pulley to supply the wrapper hydraulics. The other bonus of the Kneverland was I could drop the bales while moving, didn't need to clutch as much, which kept the bossman happy

  • Nice video, I used to wrap with a Kneverland, side loading wrapper. I used the same idea as you for drawing the bales across the field - two at a time - but with the kneverland I could pick up the second without stopping(provided the boss wasn't looking)Get it wrong and the wrapper got a ferocious jerk backwards, get it right and it was a thing of beauty.

  • do you have a different return valve on the john deere to wrap bales coz they have them stupid pumps on them where the front pump pumps faster than the back pump and it cant fill that little gallon tank above the front pump fast enough to keep the oil circulating so have have you done it? i have a 2140 but i aint wrapped bales with it yet coz i need to no how to get pressure on the return.

  • Yes, returning oil goes through larger hose to "free return"-coupling behind tractor. Wrapper needs oil about 20-25L/min, so back pump pumps fast enough to feed the front pump.

  • Little more explanation. Returning oil goes straight to the front pump feed line. So there is a little pressure (~10bar) that back pump produces in the return-coupling. Thats why wrapping is possible.

  • perhanan summerit ku löytyy joka koneesta jo nykyään :D

  • wow nice one, i didnt realise u could get ones that tipped them aswell, pretty sweet

  • Yes it would speed up the wrapping if there was someone collecting bales, but without that, it's fast enough for me.

Wrapper tractor is John Deere 3350 -89

  • Nice wrapper, looks like a great mechanism for loading the bales onto the wrapping table, but would it not be better have someone line the bales up for you at oneend of the field, we use a bale collecting trailer to gather 8 bales at a time and drop them at the stacking area so when the wrapper comes along he can wrap them with minimum movement and far faster. Nice film all the same.

P.s what tractor are you using?

  • ja hyvin pelaa

  • Jo vain

  • wouldent it be more efficient to pick up 1, take it to the pile, roll it, wrap it, THEN get another? taking two at once must waste gas. Cool machine though

  • No, taking to at once saves time. I pick up 1st bale from far corner of the field, then wrap it while driving closer to the pile. When the 1st bale is wrapped, I can pick up the 2nd bale. Doing this way, I minimize empty driving.

  • ahh ok, my mistake :) sorry. Thank you for the reply ^^

  • haha, is that ur farm , and youlr rolls, or are you wrapping the rolls from other farmers? :D

  • These are my own, but I bale and wrap for other farmers too.

  • ok, but it still looks lol, haven't see it before ^^
