at the time the commercial was made, Substance was only on the xbox. It took a while for it to be released on the PS2.

I honestly wished that the other MGS games were multiplatform as well. More mediums, means more gamers will be familiar with the awesomeness of the MGS series.

As some of the other people stated, it came out on x-box FIRST, but then versions for the PS2 and PC were made. I heard it was really hard finding versions for the PS2 since the PS2 was teh shit back then .....but i got one for like 10 bucks :D

I have it on the XBOX from when it first came out in 2003 and the graphics are LOADS better, sharper than on the shitty PS2.

The controls were intuitive, as long as you use the "D option" in controller settings you're fine.
