Well the way I do it, I use either Youtube downloader or Mitter to rip the video off of youtube(Make sure it has ".flv" at the end.

Then I use youtube downloader to convert it to mp3 format, so it can be moved into your itunes library from there. It can also convert them to mp4 format if you want the actual video in your ipod.
