@666arno666 Oui, Famine n'aime pas que ses œuvres soient exposés sur internet (entre autres). Mais lis quelques interviews, il a aussi dit qu'il avait mis lui-même deux vidéos de KPN en live, car la qualité de celles que les gens postaient étaient à chier. Celle-ci et Spleen sont sur internet grâce à Famine.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Neige's work in Alcest and Amesoeurs, and his session vocals for Lantlos are great, too, but I fucking despise the fact that he gets so much credit for the hard work of musicians like Herbst (Lantlos), Famine (Peste Noire), and Noktu (Mortifera/Celestia) because he recorded some session work for them in the past.

I came across FBM back in the days of early Morsüre, Agressor, Blut Aus Nord, Arkhon Infaustus and Mutiilation ( rhese must be my 5 pillars of F metal in general, apart from PN). So I guess I know what F BM means. Anorexia Nervosa are ok but way too sophisticated and groupie-oriented for my liking (pin-up BM, Dimmu B cousins...). PN broke in like evil psychopomps of a lost world and that's what I love about their frenchness.

The French have, at an early stage of the Euro BM evolution, figured a way to make it theirs. Anyway, this is a characteristic of the ancient celto-roman peoples - it's reclamation of an heritage. It's Earth and Autumn forests while NOR, SWE and FIN BM is all ice, permafrost and winterwoods. Just look at italian and Portuguese bm bands - they're warmer and wilder, more real than our scandinavian distant brethren. Hail Peste Noir, from Portugal!
