i got mine 3 weeks ago and he turned a redish witha nice looking white streak, the best way to make them change colar is to mash up tetra colar inhaser plus and put it in ya tank they'll look amzing!
@12512cool I cant seem to get mine to turn a darker color yet. Im worried he is stressed out. Did yours change color? If so how long did it take? Ive had mine for about three weeks now and had molted once the first week.
@Montrealmadness Mine's still small. I dunno how long it'll be before he molts. I've had mine for only a few days. But, the last one I had was quite large. He molted twice before he died. When they molt they turn this GORGEOUS bright red color. It only lasts a few days though. But it's a great sight to see! I really don't remember how long I had my last one before it molted. Molting really depends on how comfortable the shrimp is. It'll molt when it feels relaxed.
