Dumbbuff; I have seen this GP60 sometimes everywhere I go sometimes. Back in Earth Day of '08, I saw NS GP60 7138 and a SD40-2 3423 haul a coil train to the shenango yard. It is also named "KO." Take care. Jacob D.
