i came to the end of myself. i cried out and nothing happened initately, i cried out honesty with all my junk laid out for the Lord. within a year God got ahold of me. that is why the Bible says to seek Him and then you will find Him. you cannot be changed unless you are born again, to be born again you must seek him. you can do all this work on yourself and fight the flesh, but it is almost impossible to change yourself and you will struggle with the same sins a whole lifetime.

I don't feel that people struggle with homosexuality - what they struggle with is people's ignorance and bigotry towards homosexuality. Bigotry is feared-based and is taught behavior. Sexuality is natural, normal and God-given. To believe we are sinful based upon our sexual desires - is a mistake. And to use God to justify self-hatred is an even bigger mistake. It's like spitting in your own parents' face when they say they love you. Life=Joy. Embrace it.
@3investigators - One thing I struggle with is when people say being gay is natural. Biologically the human species would cease to exist if it really was natural. I have yet to see any animal, dog, bird, cat, kangaroo, etc. exhibiting this behavior in the wild. It obviously doesn't happen because the animal kingdom would be extinct. I am a straight guy and I used to go to clubs and bump and grind with women on the dance floors.Take them home and have sex with them. I was a believer then and I still am. The last time I fornicated was October 2008. I backslided 2 months ago bumping but not fornicating with a female neighbour and I am happy I did not go all the way. I cleansed myself and ask the Yeshua for forgiveness and I felt his power wash me clean again. May the Holy Spirit be with You All.

i came to the end of myself. i cried out and nothing happened initately, i cried out honesty with all my junk laid out for the Lord. within a year God got ahold of me. that is why the Bible says to seek Him and then you will find Him. you cannot be changed unless you are born again, to be born again you must seek him. you can do all this work on yourself and fight the flesh, but it is almost impossible to change yourself and you will struggle with the same sins a whole lifetime.

avoiding sin should be easy becasue we are not attracted by it and Jesus is so much better than sin! the Bible is clear at judgement day, he tells many to go away because they are not known of Him. to know Him you must seek Him, the more you seek Him the more you will know Him and love Him. through all of this you will be changed and sin will not be interesting or have any power over you. your will be operating in the spirit and you will be bearing fruit as the Bibles says.

the desires will disappear and you will see through the tempations like glass. it will very easy to walk away from sin. i says this not as lecture but with words of love and not many churches or preacher give you any help in making your way to the Lord. after all these things began happening, i started to have spiritual dreams. the Bible truths unfolded and knew what these truths meant. God stated leading me and correcting me. its been awesome. i am not gay but i can relate to sin.

I don't feel that people struggle with homosexuality - what they struggle with is people's ignorance and bigotry towards homosexuality. Bigotry is feared-based and is taught behavior. Sexuality is natural, normal and God-given. To believe we are sinful based upon our sexual desires - is a mistake. And to use God to justify self-hatred is an even bigger mistake. It's like spitting in your own parents' face when they say they love you. Life=Joy. Embrace it.

@3investigators - One thing I struggle with is when people say being gay is natural. Biologically the human species would cease to exist if it really was natural. I have yet to see any animal, dog, bird, cat, kangaroo, etc. exhibiting this behavior in the wild. It obviously doesn't happen because the animal kingdom would be extinct. God most definitely doesn't give us sexuality, nor same sex encounters. I will never tell anyone what to do, but I CAN have an opinion and not be a bigot.

I have been serving the Lord since 2002. All these years i have been single and faithful to the Lord. It has been the best years of my life. I do not miss the dating thing. i would not change anything. Of course i have been tempted plenty of times. women knocking on my door, women that i have not seen for years still call hehehe. Trying to destroy God's purpose. and i dont like people telling me i need a woman. (usually people without spiritual knowledge tell me these things.

Hey I am a homosexual, I don't think this is sinful cause I was born this way... I really lost the desire. Homosexuality is a part of me and is not wrong...I try not to be lustful but if I develop a loving relationship then there is no problem. I am not going against what is natural to me. If this doesn't make you happy, I'll pray that you change but that you understand that this is not a sin but a mistranslation.

I am watching and listening to you but as I watch it looks as though you struggle with saying what it is God would have you to say! I am not there yet and I am older than you.. You sound .. "Delivered" from being Gay.. as though you have no desire what's so ever.. But I still desire.. I still can feel what my body wants.. Look into the camera and tell these people that They can be delivered if they want to be just like you! Tell them with confidence and the strength of Jesus!

U have to avoid every occasion of sin. Hence if u were gay and went to a gay bar just for fun, you'd be committing sin by going to the bar where homosexuality is occurring just for fun. Not only that but knowing that you suffer with homosexuality (not saying that you do), you are putting yourself at extreme risk!. You must avoid all occasion of sin and abandon bad books like Harry Potter and anything with sex and curse words in books and films! It practically leaves you alone per se.

I struggle with Cigarete. Man this demonic addiction is bade, I am celibate and I do not have struggles except feeling lonely at times but I always pray and cry and beg for a partner and God always tells me I am better off, His spirit will remind me of funny moments in my life and I will laugh alone at home and sleep happy. I want to stop smoking but God has not filled me with the convicting spirit about smoking like He did about me having Sex, and also salvation in not our doing it is His grace
