NBC just gave up on the nicest, funniest man on the planet. They will regret it very soon, as Leno will loose another share of audience (to Conan FOX show), leading to a lower rating than Conan got on NBC. Jay will be left with only over 45 years old demographic, that grows older by the day, leading to his demise in 5 years max. Great decision for your future NBC. Nice to see you are growing new talents... just to let them go when they are about to reach their prime.
