I set my intonation up but when I fret the 1st or 2nd fret it is a little sharp. After the 3rd it gets more accurate. My F + F# bar chords sound a little off.
@stevebitburg That could mean your nut needs to be adjusted. It might be to short. You will probably need to get a new nut and start from scratch, but if I were you I wouldn't try that myself. Leave that to a professional because one mistake and you have to buy yet another nut. In the long run it will probably be cheaper for you to have a guitar technician do it for you.

I just put on guage 10 strings on my guitar, do you have to be in Standard tunning when adjusting the guitar intonation? I usually play in drop c so how so I go about adjusting the intonation in drop c?
I was going to take mi axe to a shitty store that is suposed to be the best in my little fucking third-world country and probably lost my dean forever I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL

Adjust the intonation using the tuning you'll use to play.

hmm i wouldnt think so, its just the 12th fret harmonic compared to the string, so it should scale with tension.
