Other than the push for the expensive & unnecessary appliances (!!!), great vid. So many videos on youtube for this technique are long & uninteresting. This is a breath of fresh air.
@rexenne the products R actually NOT unnecessary...as a product developer they are wonderfully temperature controlled and useful for other temperature controlled products. But I am glad U enjoyed it.
Finally ..a good teacher! One thing, though all these products are compatible with the wax but not plastic or acrylic, correct? Could you show how used with oils?
actually i was sorta saying how interesting it was and basically i was complimenting on how a person incorporated the word beeswax all those times w/o error
Im so sorry for the previous comments. My younger brother has no respect what so ever & happened to be showing off infront of his freinds by typeing such immature vulgar comments. I will be having words wih him regarding his atrocious behaviour and lack f respect for others.
In any case i can't be apologetic enough.
Also i enjoyed your video :P great tutorial & very creative might i add! keep it up!
if your lucky enough to have a ranger scraper? wow i never new you was sooooo lucky to own one of them lol pffft i dont think that is your beeswax kit. but more your pussy cleaning kit! the tweasers to pick out all that dried up 3 month old discharge & period stains! and the ranger scraper (yes that lucky to have thing) is for carefully picking out that nasty crusty ass discharge of yours! have you tried bleach or turps?
WOW ! Im so glad you guys are enjoying the tutorials. Lenny and I set everything out and get the projects together and we're so thrilled at how much better we're getting each time we start videoing & editing!
Give me some suggestions for what you'd like to see.
I cant tell you how happy I am with Suze's line from Ranger---I just got the melting pot and tons of utee and have been having a blast! I cant wait to try the beeswax technique~ Keep these instructional videos coming, Suze--they( and you!) are the best!!
Glad you glad it....and the whole point is..it is SOOOOO so easy. You really can't make a mistake. Just keep layering. Perfect Pearls Mica powder will cover up just about anything you don't like.
No...I have never had a problem of any kind with the beeswax remelting. It's pretty stable once you apply it to a project and it would take a lot of very direct heat before it began dripping...but - I would NOT put it on a sunny window ledge or a car dashboard or expose it to direct sun.
Where did you get the hot wax styling tool???

@Danisha42 so sorry to have to report...the tool is no longer available. But, an encaustic iron or a tacking iron will do the same thing.

Does the melted beeswax give off dangerous fumes?
I've worked with some beeswax before to make book covers and I was told the fumes were dangerous to inhale, so I worked outside.

Beeswax should always be done in a well ventilated area. It is toxic only if melted above the recommended temperatures. Never burn beeswax.

Amazing how one woman can say Beeswax 24 times in less then ten minutes.

Great Video Suze. I haven't seen a hot wax stylus tool in Australia, could I use a heat gun to melt the beeswax under the napkin?

I live in southern california. Will the wax melt off in the heat here after I apply it to a painting?
