Personally id go pro, with the Air you are paying purely for the fact its light and ultra thin.

Pro is a far more powerful machine with no real limitations where the AIr will have definate limitations.

Buy the base model and upgrade yourself, Apple upgrade prices are outragious.

Which would you say creates the highest quality graphics when converting a file, Handbrake or iSquint? I've noticed that when i set the settings for isquint to be formatted 4 TV(Go Nuts), and give it the H.264 encoding, the videos come out a little darker than the original and it takes around 30 minutes to convert each file. I only use Handbrake to convert flv files, at the moment.

Wine, aMSN, Aptana, HandBreak are also Linux Applications ... WINE was started in Linux just like most of the free Applications that are used by Mac users ... I use Linux Ubuntu , and Linux Mint OS on my PC...

@Cheeser334 i tried using wine and it doesn't work worth crap. it slows down your computer bc off all the files it needs to "work". besides if you can afford a mac you can ether afford a windows or windows OS
