  • we use similar material where i work. we are having issues with bubbles forming on the surface. we are trying to coat basically a board. bubbles get trapped against the face on the bottom side of the mold. were testing a vibrator currently but any replied ideas would be greatly appreciated

  • Urethane Rubber molds are widely used when a flexible mold material is required and a more expensive or less abrasion-resistant silicone rubber is not desired. However, their use requires careful application of release agents.

  • You can do the brush on method as seen by the tap plastic guys. Saves Urethane Rubber.
