  • tired of the mormon ads

  • horrible hobbyist art.

    made me sad.

  • Firstly, being an artist is something that comes from the inside, no matter what the product is. Back in the day people laughed at Van Gogh too, thought what he made was crap. Secondly, he was just showing us how to use texture and tools. For all we know he was far from done with that painting.

  • @LeCorbeauestJoyeux The difference was that Van Gogh actually had talent. This is shit, "for all we know he was far from done with this painting" well go and watch the finished "painting". Just a spoiler, its TERRIBLE

  • Define "real" artist. We are too critical of each other. Why not be grateful this person took the time to make this video ? An artist is someone that creates, although you may not like his type of art, if you are a "real" artist you understand that being creative encompasses more than just art. Although I was already aware of these techniques I added to my knowledge bank none the less. You are looking for perfection, and if you are a "real" artist you understand there exists no such thing.

  • I dnt care what anyone says.... I like your work..

  • crap and nothing more !!! an insult to real artists unless it's a joke (i hope so)

  • I wish you can put it ll in one 10 min. video instead of few of couple minutes long...the idea is lost and videos even not numbered like Part 1, 2, and etc.

Otherwise good job and main purpous is to have fan.

  • jajajaja.......this guy believe that can expose his art without show it........stupid.......

  • I'm a little confused. I couldn't see anything at all besides text.

  • stupid

  • fea esa mierda

    XD

  • Thanks David. You gave me some great ideas for texture.

  • Im sorry but this is kinda ugly, abstract tends to not like pink. If the white was added after the red dried it would have been more bold. Total respect for the work done however.

  • if creating nothing is art, well, all those who sit and do not do anything are artists,

please sit for a while and just think about nothing its better than what you have done.

  • this isnt abstrct painting...... its too orderd and he is trying so hard to be spontanious... the fork was too much lol! its ridiculous..

  • This is the equivalent of watching a garbageman call himself a doctor and mercilessly butcher a patient as if he has any clue how to operate. I love how any talentless uninformed hack can call himself an "artist" and that makes him one. This is pathetic.

  • Art is subjective and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, especially abstract paintings! That's just my opinion!

  • It looks like a pizza

  • h ahahahaa hahaha haha haha!!!!!!

  • feel sorry for the guy that payed for that crap.

  • There are no 'experts' in expert village! XD

  • wow! really mean people here...if you dont like it just hit "next", what are you guys picasso's incarnation?

  • nope, we just know what we love =)

  • HAHAHAHA! He's actually forking the paint! This guy is amazing-I haven't laughed so hard for a long time!

  • h ah ah h ah ha ha haa ha h ha ha ha

  • Pure rubbish.

  • I like it , I'm not a big fan of abstract art but I believe that art is in the eye of the beholder. I like the colors and the use of simple objects. nice job.

  • the beginings are annoying .. we got who he is the first time dammit.

  • Chop it and snort it.

  • He is showing techniques. That is it and that is okay.

Sometimes a particular technique is what best expresses what that artist needs to express. To be there in that moment is sometimes the purest and not always the most technically impressive.

Can you imagine the yahoos and others commenting on a Jackson Pollack video?

Not that his painting is that calbur but you would get the same responses.

  • its not good but its not bad either i mean there are pretty colors

  • Art is art, it doesnt matter what it looks like to us, it is how it makes the artist feel that matters....

  • if you're going to be displaying your art, it has to have some sort of qualities that the public will like and/or associate with..other wise, keep it to yourself and call it color therapy.

  • wow this was bad....

  • LOL

  • awful!

  • LOL

  • it rots after a while, so you have to but a coat on first....at least thas what i did when i used to paint.

    damn fosterhome

  • awesome

  • ...and straight to the goodwill it is.

  • I am always glad to learn new techniques. How do you frame your work? Do you leave it unframed? And I did cringe seeing you painting right above the hardwood floors. I'm jealous. Wish I had hardwood floors! Anyhow, thank you. This gives me more ideas on what I can do.

  • is that art? more like some paint smeared on a piece of wood but hey that's abstract painting :)

  • An oyster shucker and a squeegee!! Holy shit I could use that on my girlfriend tonight! thanks for the advice. wait a minute...why the hell was I here? oh yea art, I like art.

  • Scratch this out...yeah scratch this out...

    and then...stcratch again...YEAH.

  • Your stuff is big shit man...

  • do you have some art we could see then??

  • seriously.

  • cool, but i would have liked to seen a close up or seen the beginning of this work.
