If you look to the right you´ll see a yellow bar with ´upload` on it, but first you gotta make a movie, if you done that, you just gotta click on upload and then find the file, after you found it, you click on upload and then you can fill in the description, and click on upload and then you have to wait like 3 hours til 3 minutes of the video are uploaded, so good luck ;-)...
