If the RSPCA found anything close to cruelty etc in this piggery when it was reported, then the owners would have been given direction as to how to correct these things and they would have returned to investigate whether the changes had been implemented...I know what you are trying to say here, you are alluding that this piggery was one that Amanda Vandstone had invested in, and that she found some way of preventing the RSPCA from doing their jobs...long shot in my books.
