its a 3.6 from 1990 with 408 hp ans 368 whp .8250rpms

with a compressor installed = +- 100 to 125 hp extra .... so 535 will not b faster then my M5 . with turbo installed = at least 300 hp xtra . cheers

3.6 L with a compressor = only 100-125 HP extra? I Know of a couple of built inline ( non-compressor motors) that were built = making 460HP The Compressor unit your referring to must be a smaller unit that is just street performance daily driver easy 150 over stock. The compressors I thinking of will boost min of 250- 420HP on a built engine. =)

@MixQuisite Dont know about that , the compressors that i've seen r making 250hp MAX . But as u know , compressors are driven by a belt connected to cambshaft . wich give u - 100 hp less , same as airconditioning , your engine will loose hp .so 250 hp - 100 hp = 150 MAX .

@bmtastic I looking into buying a new project checking into BMW,& Mercs too. We know how to turbo/ supercharge JDMs & domestics too but EDMs are a more expensive and a bit touchy. plus the rear ends are built for turns not super torque. But if I ever come across a kit I will shoot you the link. ;)

i modified an intercooler from a diesel truck , made my own down pipe , used a manifold from a 745i and bought a garret toe4 . port matched the manifold and head . 10mm head bolts. this was an m30 block though. 340hp.

All you need is a good head gasket to lower the compression, some arp head bolts, and some bigger injectors, and you're good for 500bhp at the wheels EASILY ! and thats with a basic home made turbo kit !

Well if he fabbed up a supercharger to an m30 im sure he can figure out the oil canister thing. If all else fails, he can remove the whole canister arm off the block and replace the gasket everytime.
