It is better for the pulling force to be inline with resistance force, so the axle would have been a good place. did you notice how the quad rotated backward when the rear tires caught? It won't bend unless your jerking on it. Also, if you are 14 years old you should use language like that. If you are an adult you should know better then to use language like that.
@mtpratt32 ha ha ha, my bad. And I ride with a 12 year old and have to be careful what I lead him into becasue he's fearless and trusts me completely.... I have a conscience lol it was a good vid though.
@XboxReaper417 It is a smaller framed quad. About 7/8 full scale. I would say it is for a smaller person. Less than 5'5". They are sold as a beginner quad. With some mods they can be very fast and handle very well. This one is now all built up. That video was taken when I was 12 and now I'm almost 16. It will now out run my dads 400ex.
@mtpratt32 alright thanks. im 5'8 and i just dont wanna look like a stupid if the quad is too small but it should be alright. i only have like 1200 bucks so its kinda my only option, unless u could suggest something bigger but for dirt cheap
@XboxReaper417 I would think you could get a old Honda 250X or a Honda 300EX for that price if you shop around. They are a bit bigger and have a 4-stroke engine which makes trail riding easier. They are both very good trail quads. You can get blasters for that as well, but it is a bit smaller. All are very durable almost indestructible. If you go after a blaster make sure it is a 2003 or newer if possible. In 03 they came with hydraulic brakes not mechanical.
Just a top end rebuild. 1st overbore. The thing has been great. It looks a lot different now. +3+1 A-arms, +3 swingarm, +6 axle, works shocks, mild porting and rejetting. The quad runs great, very fast for a blaster, handles very well and very reliable. It will putt around all day or you can run the crap out of it. It is only on It's sencond spark plug in 5 years.
You have no idea about the suction of wet silt. If you check my other video "Ed Z stuck" you will see his grizzly stuck in the same spot and his hook gets pulled off his winch cable. It took 3 atv's to pull him out.
I'm 12 and not too big. I got a lt50 for my 3rd birthday. I have already had 3 motorcycles and 3 quads. I won the tri-state motocross series when I was 8 on a 2001 KTM lc50 Pro senior.
@13honda450r good for you I like quads better and am saving up for a trx250r

hook to the skid plate and would have been no prob and why the hell was he siting backwards?
ztwntyn8 10 months ago
@ztwntyn8
Aftermarket skid plate doesn't have a loop like the factory one. Also, he was 12, so the brain doesn't work so good.
