nevermind. i figured out how to use the vid. play 5 sec. pause. repeat move for 2min.  play next 5 sec. pause. repeat move for 2min. etc. wroks great. THANKS!

I give you 2 stars. i like what youre trying to teach but you go too fast. youre disorganized, youre verbal instructions are not consistant. you dont repeat enough. your repetitions are random so its hard to follow along. you dont show the moves from the right angle. not enough from the back. too much footage of you dancing at the front and end (70% you dancing and on 30% tutorial) . I suppose its better than nothing and i shouldnt expect much from a free tutorial.
