@fairhillnorrie there is Spanish moss everywhere in Louisiana. But it's also illegal to remove it from someones yard, or put it in yours down here. It has to get there naturally. Because it's endangered.

I made my voodoo doll back in 2001 or so out of craft popsicles sticks, spanish moss, african-print cloth, and with a foam-ball head that I formed into a skull and painted. I then decorated it with feathers, mardi gras beads, and a mardi gras plastic gold coin. Way cool! Of course it's just for decoration. Remember folks that unless you include an item from a person in the doll then it can't be used for actual magic.

I made my voodoo doll back in 2001 or so out of craft popsicles sticks, spanish moss, african-print cloth, and with a foam-ball head that I formed into a skull and painted. I then decorated it with feathers, mardi gras beads, and a mardi gras plastic gold coin. Way cool! Of course it's just for decoration. Remember folks that unless you include an item from a person in the doll then it can't be used for actual magic.
