  • @curtissparker for people baggin on smith machines... you will be sorry when you didnt use all the tools you had 20 years from now. dumbbells, barbells, cables, machines... all that stuff is used to help you. if you throw off one piece of equipment just because a bunch of fags on youtube say its gay your in the wrong. take advantage of all you have available and your results will speak for themselves when yu will be the ones posting awesome videos on youtube someday

  • I lift 308 lbs of resistance on a seperate leg at a time using a seated squat machine. I only weigh 154 lbs in body weight. Don't like doing the standing squats due to the excess pressure on the knee ligaments, cartilage and spine. You can certainly lift more by isolating each leg at a time to maximise this particular exercise.

  • little tip ive learned this a while ago.. if you lock your legs out two things can happen.. well one for sure.. you take stress off the muscle. witch means a less intence workout. and you risk alot of joint pain or something along those lines..

  • this isent freewaight this actualy takes out alot of stability issues so you can lift alot more. rather than just a plain bar with no help stablizeing it.
