Well the good news is I don't think you used any wrong notes. Unfortunately, it sounds like although at one time you played this very well, your memorization has become rusty and as a result the rhythm and steady tempo is suffering. Same thing happens to me sometimes - nothing a little practice with a metronome can't fix. Thanks for posting!
Emotion needed please...you can do this! Really try and go back and get picky with the notation and you will do fine!
