This particular vid you ask about has a few meanings in itself, but stands actually just as being the device I use to begin & end my future vids on the Rota. i named it Ezekiel's Vision after the "wheels within wheels" of Ezekiel's vision in the Bible. Why the cards orbit & the directions they oribit (re: my Rota theory) is the meaning.
@TREBOR070607 Another way to answer you question is: Just think of this as a gizmo I was playing with, and the sound is that of a roulette wheel (which I extended to impossible duration for effect)
