ok i get how u turn the engine to get the cam lobe off the valve that u want to work on but do u have to take off the camshaft to do the actual adjusting? i don't own one but i'm just fascinated by urals lol
carsnwomen, No you do not need to remove the camshaft to adjust the valves....He was just doing this so you could better visualize what is happening inside the engine....
99% of us came here to see how to time, not to receive a long lesson about camshaft function and effects.

carsnwomen, No you do not need to remove the camshaft to adjust the valves....He was just doing this so you could better visualize what is happening inside the engine....
