  • ive recently started with my anxiousness, about a week ago. im glad these videos are up cause i seriously felt like i was gonna lose my self in it. ive taken notes both on paper and mentally so that when i get my next panic attack i can take it all full force & decrease the time i spend stressing about the sensations and feel better sooner. i just had an attack that lasted about 2&a half hours & it felt like an eternity im sleepy but i refuse to sleep alone. loneliness is what causes my anxiety.

  • I start having panic attacks, anxiety and adrenaline rush after Iraq and Afghanistan, and then i learned by myself how to fight it real good. This video right here is the right way to stop that nothing that we have sometime , most of the time I have all this problems when my body is very weak , no good sleep specially it starts from 6pm to all night till i go to sleep!

  • My last panic attack was a month ago since then nothing but if.it comes back.i know what to do.to calmm down

  • "COME ON YOU STUPID ANXIETY! DO WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT BUT JUST LET IT HAPPEN NOW OR NOT AT ALL! RAWR!" XD haha. Feel a lot better now :D Thank you so much ^^ Suddenly have a nice, warm feeling and I don't care what those people think about me right now, to hell with them >:) They can be as sarcastic as they like it doesn't bother me~ Wow, did I just say that? o.o Haha, I did :'D YAY. ^^ Thanks so much again I love you for making this! This feeling better keep up :) hehe.

  • You need to get aggressive with the symptoms when you try to stop a panic attack, BRING IT ON!!! ENJOY THE ADRENALINE RUSH!!! Let it come out and enjoy it, best adrenaline rush you can get.

  • i felt an attack starting and used this vid, helped so much

  • jane is hot

  • Just accept the feelings and let them pass. This video is absoluetly correct. Also on days when your feeling good, MEDITATE. It really helps so much. Also, keep your mind active. Exercise is great for anxiety/depression. It builds up chemicals in your brain that release good feeling. Dont be afriad to tell anyone. Bottling it up is one of the worst things you can do. Hope everyone feels better and gets better and stays strong!

  • ahhhhhh what ): I'm scared to try this. I'm usually at work, or talking to other people, or around a lot of people...driving...i'm always doing things where i cant just stand there for 20 minutes and calm down. I don't know how to deal with this. I'm just so focused on the people around me I couldn't just run away and find a place to hide to do this. this is happening often enough that I cant do this everytime.

  • It does work!!!!!!!

  • wow this helped me so much... thank you so much!!

  • this could be the best video i ever saw in my life

  • Once you get panic attacks and you live with them, you become hardened to them, more skilled at coping and overcoming. Always remember that it will pass. You've felt this way before and nothing has come from it. So let it be there, its not going to harm you. Experience it.

  • God i hope this works, because i really cant deal with this crap much longer its controlling my life. Thanks for the illustration and i hope it works.

  • BEST PART ABOUT THIS VIDIO AN ALL THESE AWSOME COMMENTS IS I NOW NO IM NOT A FRUIT LOOP AN LOOSING MY MIND AN THERE ARE MANY OTHERS OUT THERE WITH THIS!!! THE OLD ME IS BACK BABY!

  • im so glad ive found this!.... such a terrible feeling... like i loose it or about to flip ! horrible!

  • Thank you so, so much. you have no idea how much this has helped me

  • yes this really does work. my panic attacks are gettin better now because of this.

  • Awesome presentation.. Can I do sports while I know I will have a panic attack today ?

  • How do you 'Demand more'??

  • hmm, step 3 is interesting :) thank you for uploading

  • does this actually work??? i'm scared tht the embrace part won't work

  • @soppingwetpussyhead4 yes and it helps aloooooooot!!! i know from expirence.

  • @soppingwetpussyhead4 It worked for me. Years of anxiety gone in a week! I had a couple of rebounds but i knew what to do. It help me. And yes when you demand more maybe you will fell more. And just accept that. Suddenly you will feel the sensations pass. I could not belive it passed. After the first time i tryed this i was not scared anymore. And i started to go out to provoke the feelings. I hope you do it and get succsesfull.

  • THANK YOU

  • feels so good after its over

  • To anyone suffering from panic attacks frequently I want you to know that they can be conquered. I used to have them every day, and multiple times a day. The heart rate thing was my trigger. It happened after a bad experience with smoking too much weed at one time. The key to dealing with it, like the video says, is to ACCEPT the feelings. Don't try to fight them. The minute you truly stop caring and trying to resist, you will start feeling better. It's a paradox, but it works. I promise.

  • What is working for me, is insulting my panic attack. I always say "Come on Mother @#$! Is that everything you can do to me?? Bring me more! You wont ruin my life with these stupid symptoms! go on!"

  • Just watching this started to bring on a panic attack for me. I'm not sure if I'm up for this embracing technique yet...

  • this is totally right..i have suffered pannick attack just this year and it feels terrible im so scared..

  • i have panic attacks... they are so so scary. thank you. i have never been so scared, and i cry so much from fear and depression.. but now i'm crying because i know how to control it better. bless you for this

  • I think Jane needs a decent meal, it's looks like her severe under-weight is causing the problem!

  • very good information panic attacks are so scary

  • this is good thank you, this is my body and i controle an embrace it

  • its amazing how many people i have met with anxiety. its the best feeling talking to someone who has had panics before. the connection you can share is unreal compared to any other commonalities

  • @TEENgirl92 yes you have this vid is VERY true.when you embrace it then say to yourself:"fuck it cmon kill me if u can i cant take it anymore" or some similar things and in will go away:).and then you gonna feel sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good and relaxed and worm:)

  • Great video. This psychological maneuver definitely works. For those who are struggling with panic attacks: don't give in! I have had extremely bad panic attacks in the past, but I can tell you there is hope and relief available. My recommendation is a combination of both medicine and psychological techniques like the one in this video. See a doctor. Panic attacks can be combatted effectively, and there is peace on the other side.

  • it really made me feel better. I can finally breath easily, the chest tightness is gone. my body my soul my mind and my brain as one, I fear nothing I am stonger than ever.

  • epic and so true. this is how i stop my panic attacks

  • How can you embrace a feeling like that, how can you possible ask for more of such an awful, painful and depressing feelings, that's just too much, it will kill me :-(

  • i wish i had master this technique, it would be so helpful for me

  • IM just little, not sure im strong enough, wish me luck

  • spot on! im very thankful for this video.

  • this is taking way too long a normal person would have already crushed down

  • The brain is very powerful. You just have to learn to retrain your brain!

  • Had my first panic attack ever today. Literally thought I was going to die. Your video helped me work my way through it. Thank you so much for posting this.

  • I don't know that I can think this logically durning a panic attack. The dizziness and uneasy feelings are so overwhelming that all I can think to do is to run away. "take a quick Xanax" and lie down. I will try this next time and comment my results. If I ask of my body to give me "more" I'm afraid that it will kill me. Nevertheless I feel as if I'm not alive anyways dealing with horrible anxiety. I will do my best to try this. If you don't here back from me in a while. Than it's cause I'm the

  • Just know it can last up to 30minutes or even longer for your body to physically return into "normal" mode from all the adrenaline and panic, just so you know and not get worried.

  • thank you i could cry rite now :D!

  • wow this really helped me. I've tried many different ways but this actually made it stop. I feel more calm than i've done for a long while after this. Thanks alot!

  • great video, thanks

  • You don't know how this helped me right now.

I thought I was going insane.

    Thank you so much

It's hard but worth the try

    Thank you!

  • thanks for this info, I know ill need it.

  • Wow this is what happened to me, good to know that others are learning to accept their anxieties too. Great technique for letting go. When you face your problems directly they disappear. It's because you bring the thing what you were trying to suppress to the light of day. When you do this you'll find that there was nothing really there. And the anxiety comes from the suppressing of necessary emotions or other issues not from the issues themselves. Great video.

  • Thank you thank you thank you.

  • I am a christian and that helps me a lot. I trust that no matter what happens that God is in control and He will not let any thing bad happen to me if it is a really bad panic attack I just ask my pastor to pray for me and my sister and I feel better

  • holy shit... this actually works. I was having a panic attack when I watched this and this worked. /favourites video.

  • Brilliant. Thank you so much.

  • this absolutely works, instantly! no matter you're level of fear of panic attacks

  • this has worked for me and was nothing short of a miracle, it was instantaneous and lating.. literally in one day im pretty much free of anxiety

  • You have no idea just how thankful I am so for this video. It has helped me to be myself again and live my life how it should be lived. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • Then this happens, I wave my hand out, and I say "DISPERSE!" as if I was casting a spell, and it makes it all go away real fast.

  • I am not alone

  • Of course I do it and it works.

    It works for depression too.

  • Thank you very much...It worked to me...God bless you all! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  • The narrator sounds like my Irish uncle.

  • surprisingly this was helpful :o

  • OMG :/

  • Very effective presentation, God Bless you all

  • I've used Panic Away and it worked a treat for me. My result from it was immediate but I was totally desperate and I put that down as the reason. It was the most stunning experience I have had in years, to suddenly feel the panic deflate completely and be replaced by a feeling of total calm. I haven't felt that calm for more years than I care to remember. This simply wouldn't have happened without Panic Away.

Have spent a few weeks reducing my anxiety levels now, and I'm a different person.

  • thank you

  • This works. The technique is simple, as shown, but it is daunting to do the opposite to what one always has done i.e. try to fight or avoid the feelings.

I can only say it worked for me and it worked in seconds. I was totally desperate so maybe I got lucky with such an immediate turn-around, maybe others might have to give it a few goes before getting it. My experience was like a balloon deflating, with all the feelings of high anxiety just melting away into a calm I haven't felt in years

  • Very helpful!! Thank you!!!

  • Thank you so much!

  • i really works. thanks a bunch. seriously.

  • This is AMAZING. I was absolutely certain I would have heart failure, even though I knew it was a panic attack. I was going through the same panic attack symptoms as shown in the other videos from PanicAway.

I watched this and 2 minutes into the video I gained awareness and control over my heart/breathing/sudden shivers/etc and the fear went away, and by the end I felt very confident. The "Demand More" step takes courage, but it works!

Very well done. Such a soothing voice and simple imagery.

  • huh. so its all about your bodies resistance to it and how accepting puts you into control.....intresting. thanks for sharing

  • thankyou for these videos :)

  • Thank you so much for this video, this is exactly what happening to me for a couple of months now. my anxiety started because of my ulcer,i got hospitalized due to panic attack but what the doctor found out is my ulcer. first time the panic attack happened to me and exactly the same thing is happening to me, i will try this things on the video and i hope it will help me.Thanks in advance!!

  • love this guys voice

  • i'm 20 and i've just started having panic attacks, i had my first one about six months ago at work when i thought i had broken something in my back when i got slammed on the floor. today i was working out and i think i over exerted myself because i was real swety and light headed, then suddenly i got the whole shortness of breath and tingly fingers and arms.i thought i was going to have a heart attack. i rushed to the front of the gym and the guys called the paramedics for me.(emberassing)

  • that was everything i'm looking for thank you so much ... thank you guys great job

  • So when u embrass it and ask for more itll actually increase the anxiety? i wouldnt have a problem with anxiety if it didnt make me feel like im gona puke in the middle of class

  • This woman's waist is smaller than her head. Thanks for the vid, but this cartoon woman feeds into bad image stereotypes.
