noone would put red communism symbol in russia. it's so british to put russian symbols everywhere, mainly because brits associate red stars with russia. If you come to russian you will see that not everyone drinks vodka and not everyone wears communist clothes, not everyone dance with bears.
This me driving my old truck, now sold. V8 petrol 6litre, about 3mpg. £400 to fill the fule tanks. Ex de-contamination unit. 6x4 std, with 6x6 and low ratio if reqd. Air brakes, air wipers. Loud and proud!
depends on how you've maintained it. We had some in the army that could do 35-40, but most were closer to 100l/100km. Fun things to drive. I personally prefer them over the Finnish Sisu ones.
The reason it is gas is so there were no problems starting them in Siberia.
They regularly sell on ebay for $7000-$10000 USD if you want one. Usually they are located in Europe though, so depending on where you are, you might have to have it shipped.

@johnson2324 several Warsaw Pact countries had red stars on their trucks. There were red stars on some trucks belonging to USSR German army group.

soviet era trucks were not built to be beautiful. They were built to be bad ass.

This truck runs on 76 octane gasoline and consumes about 60 liters for 100 kilometers.
