To show that this music was so deeply ingrained with silliness that it could make any footage seem humorous, and this was the worst thing i could think of at the time. If it had been a year later, i might have used "passion of the christ" instead. Sadly, someone else beat me to that one.

Suicide isn't even an issue here, and if the one shot of someone falling is what you chose to focus on, that says more about you than it does me. Given that persons options, anything they did would be "suicide".
