According to the Qur'an, if there is no water about, you can wash with "clean" soil. Also, originally, Allah wanted Muslims to pray fifty times a day! FIFTY times a DAY! Aren't you greatly relieved that Muhammad got Allah to bring it down to just FIVE prayers a day!?

The most important thing which comes first is the nia, the intention of doing ghusul, whodu etc.

That's why I questioned it. For every Islamic jurisprudence differ from one another on the issue of this ghusl. Between Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanbali, Hanafi different in practice, even with fiqh Ja'fari of which are recognized as the fifth school of thought in Islam based on al-azhar ulama's fatwa.

Most probably Shafi'i, bcos the Habaib (includin the Habib in this video, whose name is Habib Muhammad al-Saggaf) of Ba'Alawi tribe are Shafi'is in fiqh and from Hadramawt.

Quick mistake in translation (please remove this Comment when you fix the thing).

At 3:57 --- "The 7 gates of paradise are opened for him".

Correction: The speaker (may Allah preserve him) said, "abwaab al-jannah ath-thamaan" 'the 8 gates of Paradise'. * And we know that Paradise has eight gates, while as stated in the Quran - Hellfire has 7 gates.

Its just a minor typing error I think.
