I think they all look better than they used too, especially Geri. She's hot with the long blonde hair and looks more fit too. Posh and Sporty definitely look better than the short tomboy haircut days. Gone are the "baby" days when Emma had those pony tails. And Mel B's pretty hot with the straight hair. They all look much more sophisticated and mature now.
