Truth is..there is no so-called Hi-Performance parts mkt for ANY of these engines..most of the gains are through good ole Backyard Ingenuity and Cubic Inch Dollars,unlike the Butterfly Team..of JUST Ingenuity. NO Substitute for CUBIC INCHES either, which is a HUGE factor on Hard Tracks. KTA=1150ci

i love it when ppl knock the 2 stroke diesels, saying how they don't make shit for pwr, blah blah blah. keep in mind the family of 2 strokes was designed around 1938, and they were all basically the same, just dif configuratios(12v71, 8v71,8v92, 6-71, etc) all the way to today. show me a cat or cummins from 1938(or mid sixties when the 12v is from for that matter) that will make the power of a 12v71. plus a 12v71 is 852ci vs. 1150 for a kta cummins and roughly 920 for a 3406 cat.
