@CookiesAndCreamholic you should take a 2 to 3 day break and then hit abs again. If your neck is in pain that means you are stressing too much in your neck while you do abs. @wootman3000 You are most likely moving your neck up and down when you do sit-ups. Interlock your fingers behind your head and keep your neck completely straight. Make sure to focus on your abs pulling you up, not bending your neck to get up.
Scott, how many times a week is it good to work on a body part? Becaus i do a 10 to 15 min ab workout + an other bodypart everytime i go to the gym. but some say its better to take a week rest...btw i go 3-4times a week to the gym.

Ok, there is no way I will be doing the thing he did at about 4:35. I am already tired enough from working about 60 hours a week and going to school for 12 hours a week. I wish I had enough energy and time to workout on a regular basis and really build my fitness up like Scott, but I don't. And when I have the free time all I want to do is collapse . . . not exude that much effort and then be exhausted even further.

Bro, i'm inspired by your videos man. I'm doing a lot of work lately, and i've knocked my body fat down a good amount since I started in January, but ideally i'm looking to kick it down to 10%. I have it all on my blog. If you ever get a chance, please check it out i'd love to have some more tips.

Scott, Very good, thanks for showing this exercise routine, the core is so important for all the exercises done to all come together. Loved your tree climbing episode by the way! Climbing trees is an activity where the core stuff comes in handy as well.

Ok, there is no way I will be doing the thing he did at about 4:35. I am already tired enough from working about 60 hours a week and going to school for 12 hours a week. I wish I had enough energy and time to workout on a regular basis and really build my fitness up like Scott, but I don't. And when I have the free time all I want to do is collapse . . . not exude that much effort and then be exhausted even further.

Scott, this is what the hell i really don't understand about you.. how is it when your just standing you look like your 8% body fat yet as soon as you start working out you look like your 1% body fat... wth man?!? your body confuses me!!
