  • i don't know what the fuck i'm doing wrong...everytime I do crunches my spine starts hurting...when I first started working out it didn't, but now it does...no matter how short or little the crunches are, my spine hurts! that's why the only thing i do for abs is an sitting (seated?) ab machine at my gym...any advice?

  • @eacz12 Lay off the ab workouts for a few days, and focus on your back, especially the lower back/ erector spinae muscles, that may help

  • @dareasoner just flex throughout the entire exercise. obviously your core will get tired and try to loosen up but you just have to keep trying to flex

  • heres a little tip for people so you don't have to read lies anymore. Whey protein+Creatine (Monohydrate or Kre-Alkalyn)+Dextrose+Glutamin for 6 months with working out 3-4 times a week.     but the most important thing is that he can get it up to 200 percent whenever he feels like it

  • @00nizar00 As long as you keep your ab exercises to about 5 - 10 mins you can do abs every day or every other day or 2 on 2 off if you would like. If you want to kill them you would have to wait 2 to 3 days to hit them again. If you have any other questions please feel free to reply or message me.   • @CookiesAndCreamholic you should take a 2 to 3 day break and then hit abs again. If your neck is in pain that means you are stressing too much in your neck while you do abs.     I have a few questions and one is about arms actually so i apologize.

    1) do I need to have a big forearm to thicken my arm?

    2) the ab video v-Cut RIPPED, how long does it take you to do that routine? and did you do the super sets 3 times equaling 9sets total or just one time?

    3) I have been told I need to put on body fat in order to gain mass on my body and then sculpt. Cant I just go heavy with the weights and eat well and alot?

  • Hey Scott, not to be critical, loved your video, but how come did you not include your own "self-proclaimed" (and mine too) ab workout the "Ab pull-down." When I watched your video on that workout and started implementing it into my own routine, my abs gained amazing results! That workout should never be excluded! It is simple amazing.

  • @wootman3000 You are most likely moving your neck up and down when you do sit-ups. Interlock your fingers behind your head and keep your neck completely straight. Make sure to focus on your abs pulling you up, not bending your neck to get up.

  • Scott, Very good, thanks for showing this exercise routine, the core is so important for all the exercises done to all come together. Loved your tree climbing episode by the way! Climbing trees is an activity where the core stuff comes in handy as well.

  • Ok, there is no way I will be doing the thing he did at about 4:35. I am already tired enough from working about 60 hours a week and going to school for 12 hours a week. I wish I had enough energy and time to workout on a regular basis and really build my fitness up like Scott, but I don't. And when I have the free time all I want to do is collapse . . . not exude that much effort and then be exhausted even further.
