I have a Singaporean second cousin and she does NOT sound like Wendy. My cousin attended an English school with American and English teachers. That school emphasized PROPER pronunciation and enunciation. They do have some British undertones though. I noticed that fluent Chinese speaking Singaporeans sound like W Cheng. You can hear when they say "tree" instead of "three" or "flim" instead of "film" and "fried lice" for "fried rice".

We all have a right to choose how we want to present ourselves to the world, and it just so happens that she feels most comfortable and happy presenting herself this way. (I'm certain if everyone had tons of money, plastic surgeries, collagen injections, and all kinds of elective surgeries and make up would be purchased.)

Just some collagen, a nose-job, and an eye-lid surgery, which she will probably never have re-done; she said it was the most painful experience of her life and wouldn't put anyone through it. However, I suspect she would still continue to use the eye-lid glue.

She did wear Insvialign for a long time to straighten her teeth, but I hardly consider that a surgery, and most people would agree that it's ok to straighten your teeth.

You'd be surprised... Wendy doesn't wear as much make-up as some celebrities do on a regular basis. She sticks with the standard concealer, foundation, and maybe loose powder combo to create the "canvas" that most make-up gurus and artists do. If you don't believe me, just watch make-up tutorials.

Then she wears some eyeliner, eye-shadow, and faux-lashes, some gloss and blush.

People have a problem with her because she's upfront about what she's done and isn't ashamed about it.
