guys, if you really wants to join EK, it would be good for u to complete ur education first (it goes to all, who are under graduate) cuz offcourse they r 1 of the best and well reputable airlines in the world & they wud expect u to have some sort of gud qualification and customer service experience. also bear in mind, they are looking for EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE ;)...i might be wrong, but this is what i think we all should do, well i am a qualified Flight Attendant :D cant wait to complete my degree.

@elesselliy Hey there Ok so. Im a Senior In-flight supervisor. I have been working for Emirates for a long period of time and We do recruit every Race, ethnicity. Whether or not you are gay we still recruit them. I will report you to my Supervisor. As you were told during training there is no such thing as descrimination with Emirates.

@TheEmiratesfan I think that you have to apply on their website. you just have to make a profile and then select submit application. you will then recieve a letter or something i dont know really but if you go on their website it is really imformative!!! I am like you 16 years and can wait to turn 21 lol!!!!!!

Glamourous is a point of view depending on ur lifestyle. Im Canadian and am used to serving as ive spent years in the restaurant industry and besides every job has its bullshit, but very few has these sort of benefits, free accomodation and being able to see the world all at once...its a fair trade to me. I just got back from the Emirates Open day here in Toronto, Ive been invited back tomorrow for the asessment and I'm very excited. This is definately one of the must do's in my life.

Listen adimoi...if you could have an idea how Emirates cabin crew job looks like you wouldnt have written so stupid comments...we have no time darling to fix your broken seat,if you could see there is 250-300 people in cabin and few crew-if you are not patient than do not ask for anything at all...we are not a machines...we cant do 10 things at the same time.Try other airline and you will see thta is even worse...good luck!

I traveled to Dubai once on Emirates. They had given me a damaged seat which couldn't be pushed back. I had to sit in a very precarious and uncomfortable way for around 4 hrs. I had place numerous requests with the crew cabin and all I got was a request back to be patient which was sometimes in a rude way. I was forced to wonder about the training standards of the cabin crews of Emirates. After we reached Dubai, the Cabin crew didn't even offer apology for the lack of deliverance. thaz sad.

Hey habadaheeb, a newly trained cabin crew would earn about AED45.75 an hour, which is about 3,700 dhs a month. Its a good amount for an airline. Also you get an individual apartment to yourself which includes furniture, and you get free health benefits.

what mohammed failed to mention is that flight pay is very different! not only do you get flight pay but you have, allowances, basic pay and so forth!! accomandation is all looked after! example i earn roughly $3500- $4500 Aud a month! Thats for a first class crew, each grade has different level of pay! great package and very secure job! by the way its all tax FREE!!

I did go for an interview at Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on 22 July 2007-position of Flight Stewardess where the interviewer ( MR ANDREW ) half Malaysian and half Singapore ( Race : CHINESE ) .
