because you dont want your feet to leave the pedals so you dont bust your balls... if you have ever used clipless, you know that they come off when you crash, and you can loosen them up a lot so they are easier to slip out of.

I just about pissed myself laughing the souns effects kill me. you should edit the tape show jump and wipe out then walk up with camera on him and have a fake leg with matching shoes and pants about 8 feet away like his leg got cut off have him say get the duct tape out that heavy duty gray tape then just shoot video like you tap his leg back and show him get up and start walkin around and say thank god we brought the duct tape.
