This video is poor, I understand the explanation of it , but the technique looks hard, maybe cus she was sitting down. She should have also explained the type of icing she was using that aint regular icing.

It would have been better if you were standing while you were doing it since in your other videos you are doing that...It is a lot more easier to see especially when you were turning the cupcake towards yourself while piping the icing =)
