  • @ck657 my pleasure, thanks for watching and have a safe trip.

  • @kawboyCAFE i got used to it pretty quickly although I did pull out onto the wrong side a couple of times hehe

  • awesome videos, thanks for sharing your journey :)

  • @TheColq thanks mate, glad you like them :o)

  • We have those carparks in Australia you know mate lol ( assuming youre australian?) Anyway, love the vids , ive only just started watching them today but youve inspired me to do some treks of my own :D

  • @Antifaith29 hehe I know, me just being stupid, thanks mate, glad you enjoy them and it means alot that I have inspired you to travel :o)

  • Thanks for taking us along on your ride mate. Cheers!

  • @TKTex1 pleasure, thanks for joining me :o)

  • That certainly was an amazing trip. What was your total mileage? Which city impressed you the most? Glad you completed it with no troubles along the way.

  • @bfmv580 thanks mate, glad you enjoyed it :o)

I was certainly glad to get back to LA without any mechanical issues or incidents.

I did 8500 miles and I liked NYC the most.

  • I'm guessing there's more since this is the final leg of the trip. At least I hope so. I'm not sure where you were when you picked up your bike in LA but what route did you take to the PCH? I'll be NE of Long Beach when I head to the PCH. Any help would be appreciated.

After watching you for, what seems like close to a year, I 'm going to miss not seeing your adventures. Maybe youll ride around OZ or some other cool place.

  • @KeukaRyder Thanks mate, yeah only one year lol, anyway glad you enjoyed them, I'm sure I will find more vids to post but if not I will go for a ride across another country hehe.

I started in Santa Monica and got onto the PCH from there, then went up the 101 to Santa Maria and then to San Luis Obispo, from there I jumped on the Cabrillo hwy(1) and followed it all the way to San Francisco.

Looks like you should take my route, head to Santa Monica, and follow the PCH from there.

  • @chochi70 You SHOULD go for another country. There's some Brits who invited me to ride with them to Russia. Hmmmm....batcave55 was YouTube id.

Thanks for route tip! I was looking at Santa Monica as start point . I was there about 30 years ago. I'd like to stay off the freeway but LA looks like it has changed a lot and not sure about local streets or boulevards (which Calif calls expressways).

Leaving May 2 and hope to be out there about May 12.

  • @KeukaRyder well actually I was looking at riding across Europe this month for 11 weeks hehe, but due to money being tied up, I have to wait and will be aiming for April 2012, but I may do a short trip in the meantime.

Glad to be of some help, I look forward to watching you on your adventures, I assume you will be vlogging this trip?

  • @chochi70 Don't tell my wife but I'm thinking about Alaska 2012...shhhh! Yeah. I'll be vlogging. I don't want to have the vado in my face all day (besides you can't turn it on when its' in

your helmet) so I'm thinking about a contour or vholdr. The problem with them is there no external mic jack (there is a contour hack and vholdr might have jack) so I have to record audio with SONY recorder. Which means that: SONY is in helmet, turn on/off while riding and then sync video. Argghhh!

  • great trip mate! thanks for taking us along! What was your overall impression? be honest.

I hope you are riding soon in Australia. Look me up if you ever come back!

  • @britex3186 Thanks mate and thanks for following my journey, appreciate your support :o)

Well the USA is just and awesome country the scenery and the diversity of the landscape is truly amazing, I loved every moment of it, even when there were days where the body was aching wasn't enough to dampen my enthusiasm. I hope this footage has inspired some other motorcyclists to get out there and do it. When I look at the footage of my trips it inspires me to seek out new motorcycle adventures :o)

  • Great views... Hope you had a good time.

  • @sgtmarkins oh yeah :o)
