i have the iphone 1gen and you can put a sims card in it... but you can put in a sims pin will jail breaking this and unlocking the phone make it so i can call people and tex like normal

well, that won' work. restore your phone through itunes then jailbreak again with the unlock phone option checked and the needed bootloaders 3.9 and 4.6

i have the tmobile sim card and itunes is telling me its not suported.

i did the same thing as the video told me but at the end when i connected to itunes i had to restore again thru itunes. i did by holding shift and opening up the cfw.

im using itunes 8.1

should i be using 8.0 or lower?

soo, you jailbroke a 1st gen iphone with the sim card in it already, then it was picked up by itunes as not supported? hm. by the way, if you actually did restore after jailbreaking, you completely erased the jailbreak. so, don't do that.

The one i'm using is generic, it works with the old itouch, iphone 3g, and old iphone. it will automally detect which device it is. basically, what i'm trying to say this program works with all 3 devices running firmware 2.1. just dont click unlock phone if you dont want it unlocked.

It worked i got cydia and installer but when i put the my Tmobile sim card is tells me that is the wrong sim and to connect to itunes and it doesnt let do anything just emergency calls! it does say tmobile on top and i can call a number but thats about it what should i do?

You have to have the T-mobile sim card IN it while you do the jailbreak/unlock process. Sorry for the inconvenience, I forgot to mention that in my video.

Just Restore via itunes then redo the process with the T-mobile sim card placed in the phone after restoring but before jailbreaking/unlocking. hope this helps!
