As hobolooter has said, the Acid3 test is simply a test of how complient the browser's rendering engine is with web standards, nothing more. A browser can work fine and load everything with a low Acid3 score, it will only display things differently.

Just for clarification acid 3 test does not mean the website is more secure as it was implied. It also does not mean it will load every page out there without flaws. Its webkit based which means it'll be similar to Apple Safari.
