First off horrible spelling of Tavares.

Secondly, Toronto doesn't have the assets of trading up for Tavares.

22ndly, leafs have a 1st round pick (7th) that is worth a lot

What I meant is they do not have the assets Burke is willing to move to get Tavares.

It's likely take their 1st, 2nd, and Schenn to get Tavares. That is likely what New York would want. Burke wouldn't give that up. He's stated already that Schenn goes no where.

Nice job, and I have to agree with LeafsFan, they exceeded my expectations.A few additions,a healthy Toskala,and a couple breakthrough season for a couple guys and we should be ok.Favs of the year,White and Blake...they demonstrated patience,heart and talent.Schenn is the future though. We should have a Captain this year, my vote goes to Kubina or White.

I was thinking Kubina too....and I hope that Toskala can find some sort of plateau....he's either really bad or just awesome. I think his potential is immense but his stats kind of disguise it a little. Wonder if it could be a confidence thing...seems he's not the best at protecting leads.

Great video...the season wasn't as bad as reporters initially thought....thought the Leafs had great work ethic this season.
