  • clive has such energy :)

  • Camp Clive is awesome!!!

  • 6:01 When Chris realises just what he's alluded to :D

  • clive must've been using angus's old dressing room, and found a forgotten stash!

  • Man, Clive was on fire!

  • Who watches that? 18,000 people thats who :P Haha

  • Was a painful flop.

  • Sadly I think i was after this episode when Will said he wouldn't appear on the show again because they cut a really good line of his out of the show. Shame, because Will's brilliant.

  • What line was it?

  • I'm not entirely sure mate. I think it was on his blog or something..Basically he said that he was fed with with the programme and that the cleverest line he came out with which got biggest laugh was edited out. Think he feels that it's lost its edge because the BBC are worried about offending people.

  • Ah I see. Stephen Fry has a similar boycott.

  • Tickets for May 14th recording on ebay. Bidding ends Sunday 10th.

  • Will Self, Chris Addison and Clive Anderson. I wish I'd seen this episode.

  • Clive really should be the permanent host of HIGNFY.

  • David Mitchell is a better host.

  • Damn, I missed this episode, and Clive was brilliant! He's so...huggable. Also, Paul Merton and Chris Addison behind the same desk is a beautiful thing.

  • yeah hes so huggable

    ???

  • Yep.

  • Yep.

  • Clive's so quick. Brilliant, give that man the hosts job now!

  • Clive rocks!

"May a thousand scones rain down on their heads!"

  • ian hislop FTW

  • Woo hooo Clive! Such a legend. I love his rant about the teacup...and his whole Labour Party thing from 1:43- 2:12...well i love the whole thing! :P

  • You know you've been watching too much 'Whose Line is it Anyway?' on Dave, when you expect Clive to get the winning team to read out the credits in a style of his chooseing.

  • hahaha! That would've been brilliant!

  • Have you noticed merton cant stand anyone else getting a laugh so he keeps trying to cut in?

  • I agree. He very rarely laughs at anyone elses gags either. Clive Anderson is the Guv'nor!

  • go clive go clive

  • i do notice that!! stop with the thumbs down people, if so many people can notice it then it's surely true haha =)

i do love paul merton but his deadpan yet 'look at meee' attitude does annoy me sometimes lol ~x~

  • i think paul merton is amazingly funny.

have yew guys noticed that he doesnt laugh at his own jokes, only rarely does he laugh at anyones jokes =)

  • this is just the tv ep with bits missing!

    quality veiwing tho hahah

    peace

  • Quite right! Paul's religious experience is the funniest thing I've heard in ages.

"God sounds like Clive Anderson with a bad American accent!"

    Classic Paul

  • almost as good as the storm in the teacup part! hahahh that cracked me up

  • I actually really liked clive on this, it was almost as funny as the "Angus" days. Would be nice to see clive on regularly.

  • dont be a moron - hes reading from an autocue. leave him alone.

  • You call him a knob for being ignorant of the internet, then you say that it's for kids and the unemployed and has no real use. Is there a point to your post or are you just some pretentious cunt looking for a place to complain?

  • You mean the lowest form of wit?

  • No, not really. You didn't even use it correctly.

  • Worse than no comment ? :(

  • Will Self said that he would not appear on the show again. "I'm afraid that without the reality element, the programme has become just like any other pseudo-panel contest, where funny fellows sit behind desks cracking jokes. Moreover, in the post-Hutton era, the BBC seems to have lost its bottle so far as edgy satire is concerned: the sharpest crack I made all evening — and the one that received the most audience laughter — was cut for transmission."

So.. where is his sharpest crack?...

  • Wasn't it the one about Saudi Children In Need?

  • It disappeared from the site, so some nice person at the BBC has put it back online! Thanks Beeb :)

  • This video seriously has only 22 views?

This was a good show, I like Clive Anderson :D
