I was a Jesus Freak at Calvary Chapel in the 70's. I attended services in the tent, was baptized at the beach and lived in a Christian Commune (The Green House).. It was the most amazing events of my life. I have gone on to become a bodybuilder, pro-wrestler and contender for the Olympics along with other achievements in my life but none compares to that time in my life!! I am so awed at what happened!!! Lets pray for another revival for our youth!

Thanks for your time and efforts in sharing the history of the JP Revival and how God ministered through Lonnie Frisbee. I was too young in the 60's/70's to remember this movement but have of lately been interested in and doing searches on the movement. I think it was one of the biggest moves of God which was real and transforming in people's lives. Lonnie had struggles but God choose to move and reach people through his life and this speaks volumes on God's Love. THANKS again for the info.
