when spinning 3 or 4 or more times is there anything you have to do with your upper body as far as mechanics are concerned to prevent you from falling off balance? I have that problem, I practice it slowly and can get it but when I do it in real motion I always start to lose balance after my second or 3rd spin. What exercise tips can you give to help with that. @nrt6 I know you asked Adam, but you want to use your arms to get momentum... put your arms near your body for speed and wrapped around for more spins... it makes it like continuously unraveling a top

I'ts common that people lose their balance when it comes down to this move, I've nearly fallen a few times. Try doing the long spin really slowly and see how the balance works there. If that's alright, try again. Just keep practicing, you'll get there.

hasek500, those r the offical moonwalking shoes, u can tell by the tan bottom, those shoes are specially made for moonwalking, spinning, slidin.. u can buy it at the celebrity cloth shop under the MJ shoes section
